Each WELLNESS BOOTCAMP will follow the same simple format. This provides consistency, structure and familiarity, ensuring that a safe, caring and nurturing environment is created, where you feel confident enough to talk freely. The structure is as follows. Each Workshop will be 60mins and broken up into 3 sections in the following order, First: 20mins Exercise/Activity---- Second: 20mins Health and Wellbeing Talk---- Third: 20mins one on one Wellbeing Checkin.
DUE to the CORONA VIRUS for the immediate future 10 people each workshop to ensure virus guidelines are followed.
